In the rapidly changing world, many institutions of our society are passing through a challenging phase.   The situation is even more complex and critical for every business organizations to reinvent themselves and reorient according to the dynamic business environment in a time to time craze. The employee’s are no longer just human resource but today become knowledge source. Even if the customer has to be served extremely well, it is vital from the organization point of view to keep the TOUCH POINTS (FRONT LINE EMPLOYEES) extremely productive and well-being. Choose a job you love, and you will never have to work a day in your life. Directing the students into their desired career path lead them to a successful career life. With a career discussion and guidance program, i guided the students in career planning. I always believe that the best way to predict the future is to create it. Along with parents, students attended this career guidance program. Parental support is required to make the students dream comes true. 

I had a great opportunity to provide counselling, instruction and mentoring for the students, who are struggling with social,emotional, and behavioural problem. And also interacted with parents and delivered a talk on parenting skills, to enhance collaboration from Home to College.

Issued Job offer letters to the students who underwent my training program and got placed in various job roles such as Marketing Executives, Technical Executives and Call Centre executives. 26 Students were selected and given offer letters for the various job positions. As a Trainer, I wish my students knew, how firmly I believe in them. If they believe in themselves as much as i do, my students can truly do anything. Finally they did it.  Principal of the AVVM Sri Pushpam College, attributed the success of the students to the intensive training offered by Corporate Trainer Mr.S.Manikandan,that enabled them clear the group discussions and personal interviews with ease.

Second Year Mechanical Engineering Students of Mar Ephraem College of Engineering, participated on a interactive session to lead a college life successful with 50:50 Joy and Learning. This method of experience will help the students to shine in their prospective life to concentrate on studies and as well as it lead them to participate in the College activities to explore their talents and skills.

III Year Mechanical engineering graduates of Mar Ephraem College of Engineering, had a interactive discussion, on how effectively they should use the Final Year to get placed in their dream jobs. I Suggested some good practices and best work related getting well employed. Students and Facilitator interactions are worth to share the knowledge, doubts, options, experience etc.

Final year B.E (Mechanical Engineering) students of Mar Ephraem College of Engineering and Technology underwent five days workshop on YUKTHY Career readiness Program. The students sharing their experience said that the YUKTHY career readiness workshop has given them “wings to fly” and has boosted their morale and confidence.
