Facilitated a session on the topic "Team Synergy" for a Management Development Program conducted to the Mid level and Senior level professionals of an Leading MNC.  The programme aimed to boost their performance in the professional front with the skills such as competency development, concise communication and compliance of work culture methodologies. The participants gave a very positive feedback found useful with the content and delivery of this programme.
