Had a great time in guest lecturing with this great Institution AVVM SRI PUSHPAM COLLEGE, which aid education as a noble service for rural students around Cauvery basin.  Four days session on the topic "Organizational Dynamics", focusing entirely on the behavior of individuals within their assigned roles.  Thanks to my inspiring Prof.Dr.Sivakumar. 

 Guest Lecture on "Rising importance of Soft Skills in IT Industry" Dr.Umayal Ramanathan College for Women, Karaikudi organised a Guest lecture on "Rising importance of Soft Skills in IT Industry" to Computer Science graduates. The lecture was delivered by Mr.S.Manikandan, Training and Placement Consultant, Yukthy Training Ltd. Dr.S.Jeyashree Principal presided the function. His main perspective was to make students understand the importance of Soft Skills required for IT Industry. As there is a growing realisation across the IT Industry that technical skills are important, however IT professionals need to be able to successfully interact with customers and vendors, manage departments, and convey their ideas to others. Discover thy self ; Self examination is the key to Insight, which is the key to wisdom. Self awareness is the greatest agent for change.    One of the most basic lessons you learn in first year business school is the SWOT analysis - strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats. And it's a great framework to apply to your business to understand what you do well, what you can improve on, and where the greatest threats to your company lie. But how about a SWOT analysis on ourselves? Where are your blind spots? What do you struggle with? I explained the clear framework to do Insight on the potentials.
