To attract today’s consumer, understanding of digital payment opportunities is essential. This training preparing customer attendants to deliver a digital payment experience. Customer Attendants of various IOCL retail outlets of Thanjavur District learned about the fundamental knowledge about digital strategies, the impacts on payment performance, Types of digital payments and received an introduction to some digital solutions. The training class is highly interactive with group activities and discussions that gave a chance them to share ideas and experiences.

Conducted training to promote sales and product selling of Servo brands for various IOCL outlets at Trichy, Thanjavur, Pudukkottai and Perambalur, Villupuram and Karaikal districts.
