I shared my poem with the training students to motivate and persuade towards their goal.

It's time to Act

Your sloth is a foe

Reluctance is forbidding you

Your timidity ushering the failure

Talk to inner self with sturdy mind

Raise the fruitfulness of hope

Try, Try again ; always persevere

Realize the dreams are not too far

Your time is outgoing in vain

Don't waste the strength uncaring

You are the Creator and Destroyer

Choose your own destiny

This is your world ; your Empire

O! Young Man, Awake!
