Excellence in Action Training Program at TVS Sun Tyre and Wheel Systems
In the rapidly changing world, many institutions of our society are
passing through a challenging phase. The
situation is even more complex and critical for every business organizations to
reinvent themselves and reorient according to the dynamic business environment
in a time to time craze. The employee’s are no longer just human resource but
today become knowledge source. Even if the customer has to be served extremely
well, it is vital from the organization point of view to keep the TOUCH POINTS
(FRONT LINE EMPLOYEES) extremely productive and well-being. What happens in most
of the organizations that they are likely to achieve targets which are many a
time unrealistic that in a way hamper the excellence in action of an employee? In
the mean time, the employees also mix up personal and professional space and
spoil either one for sure or sometime both. The end result is CHAOTIC. In order
to achieve excellence in action, it is vital to groom the employee and help him
to manage himself to achieve the desired productivity along with his personal
goals too. It is our contention that the organization has the most pivotal role
in shaping the employee through training to manage his stress, work-life
balance, customer-centric approach, physical and mental well-being, and
inclusive leadership.
This one day programme focused on the multiple roles and
responsibilities of an employee who has to continuously reinforce himself to
achieve EXCELLENCE IN ACTION. It will ensure facilitation of strategic response
for a better working environment and an enhanced productivity. This training
programme provided adequate opportunity for participants to discuss and
examine their current practices, share their experiences, and learn from each
other.
