Shaping up Youth future through Employability skill training   College to Corporate training will provide an opportunity to the Youth to acquire skills related to industry through specially designed training. Final year students of JJ College of Arts and Science, participated in this training program.

“MARK ZUCKERBERG DYNAMIC YOUNG LEADER AWARD” The Gnanam School of Business has conducted a vibrant young leadership gala at the campus. It is organized by the innovative opera jaguars club in the campus. The students of 1 st year and 2 nd year have compete each other to demonstrate their leadership talent & intensity to win the award instituted by opera jaguars club namely “ MARK ZUCKERBERG DYNAMIC YOUNG LEADER AWARD” for the year – 2018. There are about 40 participants have undergone intensive rounds that tested their analytical writing ability, articulate, presentation of idea (debate) and spontaneity in managing a situation in an efficient manner. The final placement drive was conducted by IT company’s HR and talent acquisition department, headed by Mr.Ravikumar. Placement drive was conducted in three rounds and those who cleared all the rounds were finally selected. AVVM Sri Pushpam College Elite Smart Learning Center held a mock interview for its nearly 100 career preparedness training students on 26 th Dec 2017. The exercise which took in the Smart Class room, served as the culminating project of the Redington employment skills CSR Project. Redington Trainer Mr.S.
