The challenge of the trainer is not only to identify the talents hidden, but also to make aware of their individuality and also to make them aware of using their skills. The change is not so easy and its challenging too. Wonders can happen if the demand of the transformation is provoked. AVVM Sri Pushpam College Elite Smart Learning Center held a mock interview for its nearly 100 career preparedness training students on 26 th Dec 2017. The exercise which took in the Smart Class room, served as the culminating project of the Redington employment skills CSR Project. Redington Trainer Mr.S. “ANGLO ” English Gala Event For many English language learners, speaking is the most difficult part of the language to master. No matter what field you are in, having good leadership skills is critical to your success.  "If your actions inspire others to dream more, learn more, do more, and become more, you are a leader." —John Quincy Adams     To be a great leader, you must feel good about yourself ! Developing the Leader in you to live your highest life, then, requires a process of unlearning by self-remembering and self-honoring. Being an effective leader again will require you to be brave and unlock the door to your inner attic, where your childhood dreams lie, going inside to the heart.     

 DISCOVER THE YOU Who are you and why are you here? It may seem like a straightforward question. Most would answer by giving their name without giving it much thought. However, on deeper reflection, do you really understand who you are? Our true identity, then, lies within us, not outside of us. We should define who we are based on our thoughts, our values, principles and beliefs. It’s okay to have material things and all, but they should not be our sense of self. They are just things that are there to make our lives easier. If you were suddenly homeless today that would not change who you are as a person. You would still be you. Look within yourself, not without. For everything begins and ends with your thoughts. Sidney J. Harris adds that “Ninety percent of the world's woe comes from people not knowing themselves, their abilities, their frailties, and even their real virtues. Most of us go almost all the way through life as complete strangers to ourselves.”...

Discover thy self ; Self examination is the key to Insight, which is the key to wisdom. Self awareness is the greatest agent for change.    One of the most basic lessons you learn in first year business school is the SWOT analysis - strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats. And it's a great framework to apply to your business to understand what you do well, what you can improve on, and where the greatest threats to your company lie. But how about a SWOT analysis on ourselves? Where are your blind spots? What do you struggle with? I explained the clear framework to do Insight on the potentials.
