“It is the supreme art of the teacher to awaken joy in creative expression and knowledge. When the student is ready, the teacher will appear. In a class-room, faculty has to be the senior student and the listener has to be a junior student. The great responsibility of a teacher is to CHALLENGE, PROVOKE, AND INSPIRE.  Under skillful faculty direction, classrooms become crucibles for leadership: students test their judgment, explore complex ideas, reflect on their leadership styles, and embrace new models and methods for effective management. Today’s educational institutions set high expectations and demand exceptional commitment. For every hour of class time, a faculty member has to dedicate many hours of preparation that includes individual preparation and re-view, writing notes and lessons plans, and collaborative analysis among colleagues. While instructing classes, teaching takes priority over every other obligation including research, writing, and administrative duties. Faculty dedication is motivated by its reward: an exciting, energized classroom that's thoughtfully choreographed, yet open to unexpected insights and understanding. 

This programme aims to prepare the budding faculties who are below 35 years old to get trained from the teaching experts and pioneers in the study of educational psychology, pedagogy experts and various other people who have witnessed this domain and share their experiences that will translate the approach and performance. It would be a great opportunity for the participants to become an integral part of the programme and replenish themselves through hauling their skills and approach. The objective is to empower the teachers who will act as a catalyst to their students whom will transform them as professionals capable of assuming responsibility in business world, responsible citizens in the society and finest human being in the world.
