Choose a job you love, and you will never have to work a day in your life. Directing the students into their desired career path lead them to a successful career life. With a career discussion and guidance program, i guided the students in career planning. I always believe that the best way to predict the future is to create it. Along with parents, students attended this career guidance program. Parental support is required to make the students dream comes true. 

I had a great opportunity to provide counselling, instruction and mentoring for the students, who are struggling with social,emotional, and behavioural problem. And also interacted with parents and delivered a talk on parenting skills, to enhance collaboration from Home to College.
