It was an excellent opportunity to be working with Redington for READ Project. Employablity Training program started at AVVM SRI PUSHPAM COLLEGE (Autonomous) located at Poondi, Thanjavur district from Dec 19, 2016 and completed successfully on Mar 17, 2017. 325 Students from various academic domain participated in the continuous training session. Students were trained with Basic English Grammar, Soft skills and Career oriented employability programs.  At the end of the session, there was a remarkable proactive behavioral change noticed among  the students. Students were started getting placement on the recruitment programs and campus interviews. You can watch the video for the training feedback which show their upgrade on the communication skill and employablility outlook. 

              Master of Computer Applications students of AVVM Sri Pushpam College, Poondi - Thanjavur were participated in the career oriented interaction session "Fostering Professional Development" which held on 17 March, 2017 at the college campus.  Subjects covered on the training session :  Resume Building  Career Planning Group Discussion Interview Techniques  Grooming Skills  Students were involved with discussion about the Career planning, Knowledge management, Professional development that targets individual needs, fosters and develops specific talents, skill sets, areas of interest and expertise. 

Master of Social work and M.Sc (Chemistry) students of Alagappa University were trained with the employable career oriented subjects. Resume building, GD and Interview techniques are the career guided training subjects explained and engaged. Training session held on 13 & 14 March, 2017 at Alagappa University campus, Karaikudi.

"Arise and Shine" a well designed skill training program for B.Com graduates of Nirmal College for Women, Coimbatore on 7th Feb, 2017.   Dr.Sr.I.Arockia Rani, Principal (Nirmala College for Women) and Mr.S.Manikandan L&D Manager (Yukthy Trainings)

ARISE and SHINE, Soft skill training program designed to develop Leadership Skills, Team Management, Time Management, Communication skills etc for the Business School. Students were motivated and organised with the training designing program.  

Young students requiring more skills to compete with current employment trends. Sudharsan Polytechnic college arranged Skill Contest, more than 9 polytechnic college with 172 students attended various skill contest. As a Chief guest and Judge for Group Discussion contest, I created more awareness and knowledge to the students about their Skill gaps, Skill Development, GD Tips with Successful GD Preparations and Getting ready for Interview. Principal and Placement officer of Sudharsan Polytechnic did their role efficiently and effectively. It was really a Perfect Skill Day.
