ARISE and SHINE, Soft skill training program designed to develop Leadership Skills, Team Management, Time Management, Communication skills etc for the Business School. Students were motivated and organised with the training designing program.  

Young students requiring more skills to compete with current employment trends. Sudharsan Polytechnic college arranged Skill Contest, more than 9 polytechnic college with 172 students attended various skill contest. As a Chief guest and Judge for Group Discussion contest, I created more awareness and knowledge to the students about their Skill gaps, Skill Development, GD Tips with Successful GD Preparations and Getting ready for Interview. Principal and Placement officer of Sudharsan Polytechnic did their role efficiently and effectively. It was really a Perfect Skill Day.

"Successful Caring Life" - a special training program designed to Nursing and Teaching (B.Ed) graduate students of Christian college of Education, Perambalur. Received Positive feedback and good appreciation from Management and students due to the Training covered with various segments which inspired mainly on Developing Nightingales, Service strategies 2016, Focussing vision on Nursing career and teaching career, Skill practices in Nursing and Teaching profession, Inbound games, Psychological counselling to students etc. Best wishes to the students, management and staffs of the Christian College, Perambalur.
